Baccarat Hotels & Resorts is recognized as SH Group’s marquee brand, epitomizing luxury and sophistication in the hospitality industry. The company’s Senior Vice President of Brand Management brought me on board after another agency had unfortunately flubbed the brand launch, with the clear marching orders being to successfully re-launch the Baccarat Hotels & Resorts brand.

Recognizing Baccarat’s exceptional uniqueness and specialness in the marketplace, as well as its tremendous potential to embrace and deliver a truly elevated experience, I sought to strategically distinguish Baccarat from the competitive landscape and carve out a new ultra-luxury niche.

Working closely with SH Group’s dedicated brand management team, we collaborated extensively to craft a compelling brand voice for Baccarat Hotels & Resorts, a distinct narrative that we ultimately translated into multiple channels, including consumer and investor communication, website messaging, advertising materials, in addition to an engaging investor development presentation. Furthermore, strategic alliances and invaluable brand partnerships were also established and quickly nurtured to further enhance and evolve the guest experience, ensuring that Baccarat remained at the forefront of luxury hospitality.
